Corsair Force LS SSD Series Gets New 480GB and 960GB Variants

Corsair Hydro H110i GT Cooler Starts Selling

Corsair started selling its Hydro Series H110i GT all-in-one liquid CPU cooler, which it launched at the International CES 2015, early last month. It's priced at US $129.99. The cooler consists of a new block+pump main unit, with a higher coolant pressure compared to the H105, because it's feeding coolant to a larger 280 mm x 140 mm radiator. The block features a glowing Corsair logo, with RGB multi-color illumination, which you can customize using the Corsair Link software. The cooler plugs into a USB header, in addition to power, interfacing with the Link software, letting you monitor and control its various parameters.

The H110i GT supports all modern CPU socket types, including LGA2011v3, LGA1150, AM3+, and FM2+. Also included are two Corsair SP140L PWM "high-torque" fans. These 140 mm spinners are a variant of the SP140 series, which lack LED lighting, but feature 4-pin PWM power inputs, offering speeds of up to 2,100 RPM, pushing up to 113 CFM of air, each, with a noise output of up to 43 dBA, each.

Here's the first picture of Corsair's second 1200-Watt PSU, the HX1200i. A notch above the HX1050W and one below the AX1200i, this unit reportedly features 80 Plus Platinum efficiency, a load-based fan, which stays off, and spools up only beyond a load threshold; and fully modular cabling, with enough juice and straws to go around for a high-end gaming PC build with three or more graphics cards. The "i" in its name denotes that the HX1200i will be a "smart" PSU, supporting the company's Corsair Link technology, which interfaces with your operating system over USB, letting you monitor load, efficiency, fan-speeds, etc. There's no word on when Corsair plans to launch it.

Corsair Releases Hydro Series HG10 GPU Liquid Cooling Bracket

Corsair, a worldwide leader in high-performance PC hardware, today announced the immediate availability of the Hydro Series HG10 A1 Edition GPU liquid cooling bracket for AMD Radeon R9 290X and 290 graphics cards. Both a bracket and a heatsink, the HG10 allows the users to attach a Corsair Hydro Series liquid cooler to their graphics card to cool the GPU and other critical circuitry, unlocking a new level of performance and cooling for their GPU.

The black anodized aluminium HG10 bracket combined with a Corsair liquid cooler is a full-coverage GPU liquid cooling solution which cools the graphics card's GPU as well as the heat-producing voltage regulator module (VRM) and video memory. The HG10 utilizes the graphics card's original cooling fan, ensuring improved compatibility with the card's fan speed and temperature monitoring features.

Corsair Launches the Neutron XT Line of Performance SSDs

Corsair gave its SSD family a much needed shot in the arm, with the Neutron XT line of performance SSDs. Built in the 7 mm thick, 2.5-inch form-factor, with SATA 6 Gb/s interface, these drives combine a Phison PS3110 quad-core controller, with modern 19 nm Toshiba A19 MLC NAND flash chips, over an 8-channel interface. The PS3110 brings innovations to the table, such as SmartFlush, which pushes inbound data to the flash, minimizing the chance of data-loss, in the event of a power failure. Other features include native 256-bit AES encryption, with TCG Opal 2.0 compliance.

Corsair Neutron XT comes in three capacities, 240 GB, 480 GB, and 960 GB. The 240 GB variant offers sequential transfer rates of up to 564 MB/s reads, with up to 547 MB/s writes. The 480 GB and 960 GB variants, on the other hand, offer up to 562 MB/s reads, with up to 542 MB/s writes on the 480 GB variant, and up to 532 MB/s on the 960 GB one. All three are rated with write endurance of 124 TB. Corsair also updated its SSD Toolbox software, with a refreshed user interface. It lets you manually optimize performance, update firmware, tweak overprovisioning, clone, erase, and monitor SMART status of the drive. Corsair didn't finalize pricing.
