These are Sampsa's blocks for playing with dry ice. They are going to be mounted on the GPU and dry ice will be poured in at the top.
It seems some airport security is having trouble understanding this cooling concept. When Macci was enroute to another overclocking event he was checked at an airport in France. The security was really worried about the metal stuff in his bag: "I'm sorry sir, in France you can't take that on a plane." There was no way to make them understand that this heavy copper stuff is not used to build bombs, so Macci ended up taking the next plane where the screening personnel didn't care so much.

Since the dry ice may not make ideal contact with the whole container this 96% alcohol will be used to improve the heat transfer. Alcohol is perfect in this scenario since it does not freeze at the cold temperatures the setup would run at.

At first only one video card was installed to check if the motherboard or other hardware hasn't been damaged during the trip.
