The PSU

The top of the power supply shows the single 138 mm (yes 138, not 135 or 140) fan which is covered by a BFG logo.

The back is covered by mesh which helps with the airflow. You will also find a power switch here, which I find very important. Some manufacturers leave it out to save a few cents. Also the switch says "On / Off" instead of "I/O" which clears up the function of the switch for less experience users.

Both sides feature a BFG logo, which is done in a way so that the logo will be upright no matter how you mount the PSU.

The motherboard connector supports both 20 and 24 pin operation. You can align the two parts together for easy installation in small or crowded cases, but they do not clip together to form a more solid connector.

CPU power is delivered either via 4-pin or 8-pin connector, depending on your motherboard. Both connector are attached to one cable. Since you will use either one of them in every scenario this is a good approach to reduce the amount of unnecessary cables.

That's an interesting construction for the PCI-E power delivery. You have two six pin plugs with an additional two pin cable that can be added to one of those connectors to make an 8-pin connector. However, having both connectors on one cable can potentially limit your maximum power delivery since two connectors share one cable. Each PCI-E power cable is on one of the 36A rails, that means you effectively have a maximum load of 18A per connector when both are being loaded.
