Efficiency

With 83.5% efficiency in our test, the PSU easily makes the 80+ range. According to HIPER the PSU should have "High Efficiency at >85%". While our test can not confirm that it is sufficiently close that I can say that there is probably a load combination that achieves more than 85%.

Fan Noise

Hiper's Type M 780W delivers sufficiently low fan noise that I can recommend it for any rig, except the ones where any additional sound will harm your experience.
