Installation & Software

Installing the software for the G15 is incredibly easy. The Auto-run from the CD lists five possible installations. The first contains the software needed to run the Keyboard and its LCD screen. The rest is just software that may or may not be useful to the user. I did not need or want any of it. Please excuse the German language in the screen shot, but the installer takes the OS language.


Once Installed a small Logitech G1 icon appears by the OS clock. When you double click on it, a window appears. Here you can choose the Profile you want to use and how the G1-18 keys are mapped. You can also change the LCD display information with the software. As you can see I have installed a few custom plug-ins already.
