Introduction

From the Manufacturer Mushkin:

  • Capacity: 2x 2 GB
  • Frequency: 1066MHz
  • Latency: 5-4-4-12
  • Parity: Unbuffered
  • Voltage: 2.3V
  • Pins: 240
  • Module Density: 256Mx64
  • Chip Density: 128Mx8

Packaging

Mushkin uses their corporate green on the package to clearly identify the product as a Mushkin product. The back has some generic installation and troubleshooting information.

The package is sealed by several molten dots of plastic. While still providing sufficient theft protection it makes opening the package a lot easier.

The black heatspreaders look very nice on the memory. On the upper part you find the typical Mushkin heatspreader form which allows a little tube to be inserted through it for water cooling your memory.
