A Closer Look

Point of View uses a big passive cooler without fan. Its large surface area dissipates the little heat that is generated by the G96 GPU easily, even without much air flow around the VGA card.

Even though SLI is possible on all 9400 GT products, it does not make much sense in my opinion, better get a more powerful card in the first place.

An external power connector is not needed. The card will draw all its power from the PCI-Express bus.

The DDR2 memory chips do not reveal their manufacturer nor their timing specifications. Only the production date of week 23, 2008 can be made out.

The G96 graphics processor is made by TSMC Taiwan in a 65 nm process.
