The PowerColor HD 5570 cooler is a simple piece of metal with fan strapped to it. This is perfectly adequate considering the low heat output of the Redwood GPU.
No additional power connector is required. The card will draw all its power via the PCI-Express bus.
The GDDR3 memory chips are made by Samsung, and carry the model number K4W1G1646E-HC11. They are specified to run at 900 MHz (1800 MHz GDDR3 effective).
This is AMD's new Redwood GPU, it comes with 627 million transistors and is produced on a 40 nm process at TSMC Taiwan. The die size is 104 mm².
