Value & Conclusion

	The Saitek Pro Gamer Command Unit sells for about $30. This is a good price for a gaming pad with such great functionality

	Securing the thumb pad requires screwing on the silver knob very tight. For left handed WASD users only No bag to place in for LAN parties. Manual not the easiest read
9.5	The Saitek Pro Gamer Command Unit looks like something out of a Sci-Fi movie. The different modes with distinctive colors add to that. Saitek has created a great gaming device, which does not go for looks or symmetry like other such devices, but places the buttons right where the fingers can reach them easily. The different modes available work great using standard settings, more advanced users can create macros that play back when a single button is pressed. The included software is very intuitive to use but feels somewhat simple. The 3D view of the profile viewer looks great but serves no specific purpose. The Pro Gamer Command Unit is by far one of the most complete, fully featured and most comfortable gaming pads I have tested. The beautiful packaging and low price add to the great impression this product left.
