Value and Conclusion

  • The Sharkoon Rush Laser Mouse sells for a mere 20€. This must be the best price I have seen for a high quality, 2000 DPI laser mouse.
  • Excellent price
  • 5 possible DPI settings make this a great choice for a lot of gamers
  • Great on-the-fly DPI switch
  • Solid feel
  • Good weight balance
  • 2m cable
  • Nice looks
  • Mouse wheel requires a lot of force to move
  • No navigational buttons
  • A bit louder than other mice
9.5The Sharkoon Rush Laser Mouse combines all the best attributes of a pure gaming mouse: high DPI Laser, on the fly switching, solid build quality and great looks. All that for a very low price of under 20€. At this price point it can easily be forgiven that you may need a bit more force to move the scroll wheel and that the mouse buttons aren't the quietest kind out there. The one thing that may worry some are all the warnings on the package and the mouse itself, while it may be possible - who looks directly into a laser of a gaming mouse?
While this mouse is quite comfortable and certainly usable for everyday office work, the lack of navigation buttons makes this a pure gaming device and the Sharkoon Rush Laser Mouse certainly excels at that, without breaking the bank.
