Zaward Twin Towers Chipset Cooler

Performance

The system being used to test the heatsink is as follows:

CPU:	Intel Core2Duo E6400
Clock speed:	8 x 266 MHz = 2.13 GHz
Motherboard:	Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Memory:	2 x 1GB G.Skill F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK (DDR2-800)
Video Card:	Gigabyte nv6200TC PCI-e
Harddisk:	36GB WD Raptor
Power Supply:	Thermaltake ToughPower 750W
Software:	Windows XP Pro SP2

Ambient temperature was kept to 25 degrees Celsius (+/- 1 degree) and was measured by a standard mercury thermometer.


With the chipset running at stock speed and voltage, the Zaward Twin Towers does beat the original chipset cooler by a few degrees.


When the chipset voltage and the bus speeds increased, the results show the Twin Towers has increased its margin of victory.

Fan Noise

Since the Twin Towers does not use any fans, there is no noise generated by this chipset cooler.
