The Zaward Vivo comes in a stylish box with specifications and features listed on the sides and back. There are color pictures of the heatsink and installation to inform the potential buyer in a retail environment.


Inside the package is a multi-language installation manual, as well as the necessary installation accessories. Zaward chose to use a screw-type mount for the 775 installation, so they have included a backplate and a small tool. With this pre-release sample Zaward included an additional 92mm Golf fan.
