The Intel SSD 750 was a solid-state drive in the Add-In Card form factor, launched on April 2nd, 2015, that is no longer in production. It was available in capacities ranging from 400 GB to 1.2 TB. This page reports specifications for the 1.2 TB variant. With the rest of the system, the Intel SSD 750 interfaces using a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 connection. The SSD controller is the CH29AE41AB0 from Intel, a DRAM cache chip is available. Intel has installed MLC NAND flash on the SSD 750, the flash chips are made by Intel. The SSD 750 is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 2,400 MB/s and 1,200 MB/s write; random IO reaches 440K IOPS for read and 290K for writes.
At its launch, the SSD was priced at 1029 USD. The warranty length is set to five years, which is an excellent warranty period. Intel guarantees an endurance rating of 128 TBW, a very low value compared to other SSDs.

Notes

Drive:

This drive has 1.376 GiB of Raw Storage Capacity of which 1200 GiB are reserved for user Storage resulting in 18.8% of Over-provisioning.
This drive has a total of 32 NAND Packages
On front of the PCB:
18x Intel 20nm MLC 128Gb Quad Die (64GiB) 29F64G08LCMFS
On the Back of the PCB:
14x Intel 20nm MLC 128Gb Single Die (16GiB) 29F16B08LCMFS
This drive also has two 330V Nichicon UD Series aluminum electrolytic capacitors that in the case of an unexpected power-loss, in-flight data can be written to the NAND to avoid data loss

NAND Die:

Speed not 100% confirmed, but since it's a ONFi 3.0 compilance, it could go up to 400 MT/s
