The Phison Pascari X200E is a solid-state drive in the U.2 form factor, launched in March 2024. It is available in capacities ranging from 1.6 TB to 26 TB. The SSD controller is the PS5302-X2 from Phison, a DRAM cache chip is available. Phison has installed 238-layer TLC NAND flash on the Pascari X200E, the flash chips are made by SK Hynix.
