The Teamgroup T-Force Delta Max RGB was a solid-state drive in the 2.5" form factor, launched in 2019, that is no longer in production. It was available in capacities ranging from 250 GB to 1 TB. This page reports specifications for the 1 TB variant. With the rest of the system, the Teamgroup T-Force Delta Max RGB interfaces using a SATA 6 Gbps connection. The SSD controller is the SM2258G from Silicon Motion, a DRAM cache chip is available. Teamgroup has installed 48-layer TLC NAND flash on the T-Force Delta Max RGB, the flash chips are made by Samsung. Please note that this SSD is sold in multiple variants with different NAND flash or controller, which could affect performance, the "Notes" section at the end of this page has more info. To improve write speeds, a pseudo-SLC cache is used, so bursts of incoming writes are soaked up more quickly. The cache is sized at 10 GB, once it is full, writes complete at 428 MB/s. The T-Force Delta Max RGB is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 560 MB/s and 510 MB/s write; random IOPS reach up to 90K for reads and 80K for writes.
At its launch, the SSD was priced at 136 USD. The warranty length is set to three years, which is above average, but shorter than the five years offered by many other vendors. Teamgroup guarantees an endurance rating of 800 TBW, a good value.

Notes

Drive:

This drive features a small Static pSLC Cache in order to help with endurance, performance and reliability.
Even the endurance had different values, these first samples had 240 TB of TBW while newer ones had 800TB in the 1TB variant
It also have many variants with NANDs varing from Samsung 64-Layers among other vendors like Micron's
