AOC Intros Two New Full-HD IPS Monitors

AOC released two new monitors brandishing LED-backlit IPS (in-plane switching) panels, both with full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. These include the 21.5-inch i2252Vwh and the 23-inch i2352Vh. The two feature static contrast ratios of 1,000:1, 20 million to 1 DCR, and maximum brightness of 250 cd/m². Both pack display inputs of DVI, D-Sub, and HDMI. AOC did not give out pricing.

I wonder why they didnt give out pricing....could it be cuz they havent decided on a price yet?

If the price is right on the 21.5" I'd consider getting one. I could use it along with my current Acer 21.5" and game on the Acer, then do design work on the AOC.

AOC is one of the cheapest monitor brands out there, so I expect prices to be very low.

When will they start giving us "thin-ner" bezels at least the L/R sides they could have spark a little interest in such panels. Price is one thing but as they don't mention responce time, that has me suspecting it not all that better the IPS of the past.
