Ans: This is the new LGA1356 platform. An LGA1356 Xeon/Pentium processor packs up to eight x86-64 cores, a 24-lane PCI-E 2.0 root (8 GT/s capable), triple-channel DDR3 IMC, and DMI connection to core logic. It's not related to or compatible with LGA1366, although the socket looks similar.
