SilverStone Unveils FHP141 High-Flow 140 mm Fan

Hot on the heels of the NT06-PRO and NT01-PRO CPU cooler launches, SilverStone unveiled the SST-FHP141, a 140 mm high-flow fan. Measuring 140 x 140 x 38 mm, with mount-hole spacing of 120 mm, the fan features a 7-blade high-flow impeller, with rotational speeds ranging between 500 and 2,000 RPM. The fan supports PWM control, and features a 4-pin power connector. A small switch on the fan lets you select between two speed-ranges, P (performance) and Q (quiet). The Q (quiet) mode limits the fan's speed to 1,200 RPM.

98.995% of 140mm fan mount locations also contain 120mm mounting holes. You must be pretty unlucky if yours dont, lol.

High Air Flow is not really ideal for radiators, static pressure is better

Yes but it depends also how your radiator is. Many fins need high static pressure fans.

These fans are good for less fins radiators such XSPC/Thermochill.

Being a 38mm fan helps a lot on the static pressure side of things, that's why I ranted about the 120mm mounting system.

I mean we already have a lot of 120mm fans, I'm forced to use 120mm fans on 140mm radiators cause atm 140mm offerings are terrible.
