This new release fixes BSODs on hibernation wake-up for ASUS' ASUS GL703GS/Asus GL502VML notebooks; game crashes or TDR on Shadow of the Tomb Raider when launching the game on Pascal GPUs; Shadow of the Tomb Raider's benchmark exiting abruptly should ray tracing be enabled; and flickering issues on Grand Theft Auto V when MSAA is enabled. You might as well. In the Linux space nVidia actually dropped proprietary support for some
of their older cards altogether. Since FOSS drivers for nVidia are no match
for AMD ( or even Intel ) FOSS drivers, that pretty much pushes them out
of the Linux environment.

So far your options remain open with the "red team".

Another Nvidia post, with the comments section filled by AMD Fanboys. It's so odd.
