Those are actually really good prices on those games. I am not a fan of Steam, but that is tempting to even me.

It works universally. You just have to pay the dollar equivalent of its price in your home currency using your credit card.

Going to buy two copies of Race 07, one for me, one for my brother, so he can play with his new gaming PC :)

Actually, might also buy myself Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines and X3 Reunion, they're both at $10. This isn't a steal, this is just awesome.

My steam folder is 30gb+ so its hard to back it all up but i have backed up some games seperate.

The other thing i like is,if you reinstall windows.Just install steam again to your games partition were the steam folder is,and all the games just work again without having to dl them all again.Niiice

Yeah but if your drive goes kaput, 30 GB of data would be too dear. Back-up is insurance....you can always re-download the game resources from Steam though.....30 GB.....make your choice....we're just talking 5 Dual-layer DVDs here ;)

five discs, tigger, that's all five DL DVD's. Saves lot of trouble of re-downloading 30 GB. I'd hate myself after having lost that much data and having to re-download it (and not having made a backup) ;)

I also bought an XBOX 360 controller for the PC.. works a charm for this game aqs you have the two finger triggers on the controller that allow you to ease the throttle and brakes unlike using the keyboaqrd where its just on and off... get one for this game if you can :)

I so wish I was able to get broadband back in time for Yule, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I'll have to use a friends a PC to see if I can get Opposing Fronts and some others that take my fancy.

Gotta love Steam... now it's not the bile of wank it used to be.

@ twicksisted: Got the Logitech Chillstream, has the same controls, and identifies itself as an XBox 360 controller, works well, but my previous controller had two more buttons, at the back, which I used with my middle fingers, and were great for gear changes, as I hate the R2 and L2 equivalent buttons for gears, so now I use Y and B for gears. Not the greatest, but works better than automatic...

Turns out I shall not be buying said games, I have limited funds, heh, and will be using the money I do have to go towards a HR-03 GT, my 3850 is comfortable at 100% fan speed, but I'm not...

Oh, and I just have my Steam folder on my documents drive, filling up about 10GB, which is partially from some mods, both for CS:S and some games, like Goldeneye: Source and Insurgency, so downloading CS:S, HL2 and HL2 Ep1 wouldn't be too bad, while Race and the Caterham expansion aren't huge.
