Version 4.0 of the popular NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) has been released, which brings a number of minor fixes as well as limited support for unknown devices. The listed changes are:
  • Added Support for GeForce 9800 GTX
  • Added Support for GeForce 9500 GT
  • Added Support for GeForce 8800M GTX
  • Added Support for GeForce 8600M GT
  • Fixed Bug with Fan Speed IC Settings

I don't think it'd be a good idea to try an BIOS flash an on-board GPU solution...wouldn't make much sense considering the limitations and implementations of them...probably be more trouble than it's worth.
