The Intel Atom D425 was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in June 2010. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Pineview architecture with BGA 437. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading the core-count is effectively doubled, to 2 threads. Atom D425 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1834 MHz. Intel is making the Atom D425 on a 45 nm production node using 123 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom D425, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 10 W, the Atom D425 consumes very little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 and DDR3 memory. This processor features the GMA 3150 integrated graphics solution. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
