The Intel Atom E660T was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in September 2010. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Tunnel Creek architecture with BGA 676. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading the core-count is effectively doubled, to 2 threads. Atom E660T has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1300 MHz. Intel is making the Atom E660T on a 45 nm production node using 47 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom E660T, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 3 W, the Atom E660T consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 memory. This processor features the GMA 600 integrated graphics solution. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability. Hardware virtualization is available on the Atom E660T, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
