Lego Batman (PC) Crashes on 'Zoos Comapny Level'

Hello,

I bought lego batman a week ago and everything was fine until I got to the 4th level (Zoos company) in the Penguin (Hero) section. Basically the game goes into the level but as soon as I move the joypad cursor to move the character the game completely shuts down with a message asking if I want to send an error report. The only thing I can think of is that this is the only level so far that has falling snow, and my video drivers for some reason can't cope with it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Alex

could be driver related, bad install, or not enough graphical processing power. try lowering the graphic setting (if you can) to see if it is related to the latter.
