No, they might be covered in vegi oil.

I know what fans you could get (no, not vegi oil fans). You could get the same fans I use on my Thermalright TRUE Black 120 which is the Scythe SFLEX 1600rpm or even the 1200rpm. My 1600rpm fans push about 65cfm on each fan and keeps my quad nice and cool 38c idle.
