Installing Quad insert for D-tek v2.

And I want to know just how to insert it into this .

And also would it even be worth all the hassle to do ?
I want to know the proper orientation of the water block insert as I do not want it to perform poorly you know :wtf:

The Dtek Fuzion is already a great block on it's own. No need to waste your time/

IIRC the quad insert is mainly for the nozel insert for the in line. It breaks the flow of water into two streams to better coole each half od a quads die. Get a look at how the Dies are positioned on a quad, not sure if they are up and down or right and left once installed. But make the nozel points towards each core.

A look in google shows this:

So the orientation is needed to align so the center nozel sits over it like this:

Now that is just what I needed . Thank You .

Second will I see any cooler temps ? This is going to take a while to do and I need to know if it is going to be worth it .

i put a quad insert in mine. gave me about 3c better temps. nothing great but easy enough to do.

From what I gathered it is supposed to help with Quads over the normal dual core open center nozel, but I have no personal experience using a quad. With the V1 that I have it has the outside bit already done with the 4 return holes, but I can just swap out nozels from the kit it came with.

OH MY GOD !!! It worked !! I put the insert in just as you told me to ( I drew a guide on paper from the pic's) a big thank you going out to sneekypeet you da MAN :respect:

And now my temps idle have gone DOWN 4*C !!!

They were 32c before the insert and now just look at this !
