WoW isn't very taxing at all, if I have GPU-Z or CCC open while playing, the card is only at around a 50-55% load, yet the framerate sucks (no it's not latency issues).

From what I've heard, ATI has very inconsistent drivers when it comes to WoW.

yeah some like me in Dalaran,,but this graphic should run dalaran in 60fps to I think,, like SW and etc,,I know Dalaran is more Graphic Updated City but,, ATI Radeon HD 4870 is new to so..lets just wait for a new driver or Issue fix from Blizzard

What about those uber-obsessive people (or just rich) who have those high end gaming network cards? XD

I'd love to get my hands on one of those...

With Wotlk they increased draw/view distance by a load plus 1 or 2 other tweaks i think.

Guys - its a wow 'bug'. You cant really call it a bug, but it has nothing to do with the drivers. Just wait for the next wow patch, and that should fix it atleast a little :)

Yep, I've heard the same thing. Does everyone here play on retail server, or does anyone know of a free/donate server that's worth a darn?

I dont think this is the right forum to talk about stuff like that :)

You're probably right as people debate endlessly on the rights and the wrongs, but I paid for WOTLK and feel jipped by Blzzards actions. But you're correct.

On direct topic: Lag is supposed to get better after the impending patch by Blizzard.:)

Buying a high-dollar NIC is like buying cables from Monster. You're paying 10x what you should for no boost in performance.
