i would assume the BFG Tech Geforce 7300GT is better than the intergrated graphics :p. By the way what do you plan on using this new build for?

I actually think the integrated graphics might be faster. Why would you put a 7300GT into anything? that, by far, is the slowest component in that PC. the 3100 is also DX 10.1 where as the 7300GT is dx9.

EDIT: I take it back the 7300GT is a bit faster... this card is about 5X faster than the 7300GT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161262, for $50

I know that the onboard 3200-3300 ATI HD graphics performs just as well as the 7600GT's if not better.
I had a Biostar Tforce 780G with the hd3200 and that was good for about 3000 3d06 mark's. You can also Hybrid it with a 2400 and have some decent low-mid graphics on the cheap.

You have not told yet the purpose of this RIG. I too would think that the integrated graphics chip will do you the same if could not do the better.
