Nope. I like it too. So much that I even have a "less than legal" version and I bought it thought Steam to make up for playing it for over a year already, and for MP.

well i must say i am enjoying this game so far. seems like a lot of fun. i really only play fps's and racing games so this third person thing is a change for me. but i don't think thats why i like it so far. i mean i''ve only just begun (i'm in the big cavern at the beginning of the game and am fighting the boss) but so far so good

i really can't use a controller bcuz i can't acclimate to it vey well so i'm using the mouse / keyboard and don't see the problem some have with the set up. i have no complaints, the controls work good imo. the game is very colorful and fast paced, looks great and runs good on my computer, max settings, no AA, 1680X1050. no lag, stutters, jerks, nothing. its very smooth and with not much visible slowdown, really. a relief after hearing how demanding this game could be

someone said if you like the movie Starship Troopers you'd like this game. and i love that movie. and yeah in this game i'm fighting giant bugs with some really cool weapons. i also like the way the game is set up. the PDA, the orange energy stuff, all of it so far

nice surprise. i think its gonna be a fun diversion

I played it for 360 and I thought it was a great game. I liked that it was different from most games released these days and the graphics weren't anything to sneeze at either. LP2 should be great as well especially the multiplayer!

Yeah. Well, the story behind that is that I bought lost planet from Dormy, but it was the earlier version that required steam and it was already registered, so I couldn't use it. He refunded me, so now I have the game. Going to try and install via the disc.
