i'm looking for:

an AGP graphics card 4x/8x
a socket 478 heat sink w/ fan. (i may just end up buying this on newegg)
a pata cable
sata dvd reader drive

I have a stock intel 478 heatsink, an AGP PNY 6200 i believe is working as well ill throw in a PATA cable

does the heatsink have a fan? how much memory does the 6200 have, just out of curiousity.

Yeah it does, it just regular intel one... the 6200 has 128MB
