have you ever played kaos studios other "Game" frontlines ?
BY FAR the worst game ive played in recent years, i even participated in the beta when it was a friends and family deal and from beta to release to multiple patches that game was terrible.
It played like someone tried to wrap bf2/2142 into the delta force 3 engine

North Korea invading the USA? That's almost funny. Why, of the almost 200 countries in the world would they choose North Korea?

I expect it to be an updated Frontlines: Fuel of War engine and as such, I don't expect it to be revolutionary in any way. It might be worth checking out when it releases but I certainly won't be holding my breath for it.

They seemed rather pissed when they lost $80 million dollars in the stock market for someone with an unlimited budget . Anyways I'm up for giving this game a go. So far looks like a generic shooter with so-so graphics. I could be wrong but thats my first impressions about the game.

Ok first off Ill agree with you when Frontlines came out it was rough. However in their defense it was their first game AND the publisher rushed it out. Since then they have done like 4 gigs of patches and the game is completely different than what it was when it was first released. As for the engine its the Unreal 3.0 engine.

I think that even if their first game wasn't great, they can perhaps pull of a good game.

To me, if the graphics are stellar, then I really don't need to worry about how the story is... Everyone has their depiction on whats going to happen with this world.. The future is the one thing that will ALL WAYS be unclear.. Man, for what we know, a 2 year old in Greenland will be ruler come 30 years from now.. Who knows... But, stories are just stories.. If it's a game or not.. I didn't go to see wolverine.. Reason not being story, but look of the movie.. To cheap.. Same way on how I look at games.. To me, if the game play looks anything like it showed in the video... I'm all for it..

But, this is all IMHO.. Not to go after anyone who thinks of it differently..
