I 'm stable with 3.82 [20x191], I wanted to try [19x200] but the PC doesn't boot, it makes continues long beep then revert back to default settings, max I can get to boot is 199BCLCK, what is holding me back?
I tried up to 1.397 QPI/VTT / 1.200 IOH, didn't try other voltage
Uncore is set to 16x / memory 8x

Update:
I can now boot at 200 bclk but I have to leave all the memory timmings and sub timmings at AUTO which gives 10-10-10-27 in CPU-Z, any attempt to change the timmings I can't boot.

Memory works fine @ 7-7-7-20 @ 1600MHz without OC

About the "Round Trip Latency" any attempt to change that will not let the PC to boot, it is currently set to:
Channel A "55" Auto
Channel B "57" Auto
Channel C "60" Auto
What does this latency do and why they are not same values?

What is your current bios? Have you updated it? Some of the early bios's for the UD series made things unstable over 195 BCLK.

You have a couple issues here... RTL is supposed to be different on all three sticks. That isn't your issue, but I thought you should know that you do not want to mess with this since you're still struggling to get a CPU overclock.

#1) What is your VCore? You have not told us that, and it could be your issue. If you have it on auto then your board might be trying to boot at 1.25V with 200 bclk.

#2) Your QPI may be too high. Yes, higher QPI can lead to instability.

#3) If your memory with loose timings allows you to boot then I have a strong feeling it has something to do with the memory I/O between the DRAM and CPU. That is the QPI, so learning more about how to achieve QPI stability may be your first step to conquering your problem.

#4) Loose memory timings could also be covering up for some other instability. It's best you still try to tune the vcore and qpi, but also keep other avenues in mind like increasing the uncore to conpensate for your insane overvolt on the IOH. Mind you the IOH overvolt may be causing these issues as well. I've learned that with the i7, going up is just as unpredictable as going down with voltages.

Try to find F6 or F7.

I've used the F8 bios. There is no reason he should backtrack since F7 is buggy (remember that one SV?) and F8 is the most stable to date.

1- no matter what I do, I can't get 200BCLK to boot, I lowered clock ratio to 18x and that give me 3.6GHz and I can't boot, I'm already stable with 3.8GHz 20x 191, I'm using 1.25v Vcore, tried up to 1.300v, no change

2- QPI is set to 1.275v, tried up to 1.395v, no change

3- I can boot with 200 BCLK with all ram timmings set to auto which set very high timmings, my ram is rated to run @ 7-7-7-20 1600MHz, if I try to change them manually, I can't boot and I hear continuous beeps then bios recover from bad OC, I want to say that even choosing 18x Clock Ratio which is only giving me 3.6GHz, I can't boot .... I tried to change the IOH voltage to 1.200v (default is 1.100), Tried 1.840PLL (default is 1.800), Tried QPI PLL 1.140 (default is 1.100) and all that failed

I really don't like the attitude you're bringing to this. I ask questions and in the response to my questions you leave a trail of I can'ts and NO MATTER WHAT I DOs. It's not like I didn't believe your first post. Consider my help taken elsewhere. I realize I should stick it out with you and really give it my all to help, but your comments really leave me to think that you don't want my help. You just want to complain about your misfortune.

I was able to boot over 200BCLK if I set my memory timmings to 8-8-8-24 but it will BSOD once loading windows, changing to 9-9-9 worked fine.

so my memory doesn't boot with 7-7-7-20 1600 with BCLK 200+ but with stock settings and just enabling the XMP profile, it works @ 7-7-7-20 1600 without problems

7-7-7-20 1600 BCLK 200 = No boot
7-7-7-20 1600 BCLK 133 (XMP) = boot

memory voltage reads 1.61v in bios

here's a hint, this is i7 and not lga775

Your ram should be at 1.65V to be honest.

less QQ more results. You understand that there is a huge language barrier here? Teaching a guy who's trying to OC with i7 by telling him how to overclock a 775 board is as constructive as self gratification with sandpaper. You could use more specific terms other than "crank," and if you read my previous posts I'm backing out of helping him directly. Even though I am backing out... I won't sit by and stay quiet while someone tells him to do something that could damage his processor if he took the information the wrong way.

sorry i was assumed with all the detail he used he was a considerably advanced user, sorry if I came accross as rude/unhelpful

anyway back to topic, aquax, try 1.65V on the RAM then report back

Might i suggest dropping the memory multiplier to 6x for a minute, my UD4P @ 4.2gig wont boot on 8x memory even though my sticks are rated at 1600mhz stock. A 1200mhz 6-5-5-16 (if your memory will do that.... but start looser) isnt all bad. other thing is, if your against that, keep memory where it is but at a guess your on Turbo performance, try dropping that to "standard".

And might I just say, with all due respect, the language barrier is difficult at times and words can be taken the wrong way, but please listen to binge, beleive me he does know what he is talking about..... all is good! :)

Edit: Sorry am a bit slow tonight, I see your sorted!

Yes, 6x fix it and I can go up to 210BCLK but I don't want to go that high, my aim was to get 3.8GHz [200x19] but I can't do it, I have to either relax the timmings or change the memory multi to 6x which will lower the memory speed, I still don't know why it won't boot with the rated speed/timmings with BCLK200 but work fine at rated speed/timmings with BCLK133. I'm currently stick with 3.86GHz [193x20], memory set to 8x, uncore 16x and curently testing it

Did you try "standard" with the 8x multi?

yes I tried, didn't make any effect

Would you like my exact settings for 3.8gig which is OCCT stable? maybe that would help, at least you can compare. Either that of go for 3.8 with turbo enabled which will keep the BClk down.

I can boot with this settings if I relax my timmings to 9-9-9-20 or change memory multi to 6x

I'm currently settling with 20x191 with turbo enabled 4GHz using same settings in this template and testing

His tRC and tRFC is too high, and that's really weird for Corsair Triple-channel C7 kit.
Is this a tri-channel kit? Or a dual-channel kit + a single stick?

those settings aside from the regular cas latencies should be set to auto until he knows what he's doing.
