I really don't just know anymore I personally think they lost it over at Bethesda but w/e it's dlc and I'm gonna buy it....but game is taking strange direction to be honest. However looks fun...with aliens....and laser weapons.....sigh. :shadedshu

Bloody Screenshots didn't post.

Yea, this is just to give you a different taste of something i mean i have bought all the DLC, and what not...

So i guess an alien ship wouldn't be so bad for a bit.

There are downed space craft (I think there is actually two--one explodes in midair at a random location) in the gold version (original retail) of Fallout 3. It is inevitable that they would explain what those ships are about. This might actually be the only DLC that adds to the plot in a meaningful way. :D

Anyone know when it is released? Is this the first expansion pack (not just DLC)? I don't think Gamestop would advertize it if it were just a DLC.

August 3, 2009...

Soon, very soon. :D

It will be released 8-3-09 I think

Wasnt Vegas Supposed to be released this year too?

Vegas? A Tom Clancy game?

Ok i will get this one to kill some greens little guys.

I refuse to call "Fallout 3" "Fallout 3". It is not fallout in any way, its oblivion with guns with a post apocalyptic theme.

Hates what bethesda did to the Fallout franchise

Still ties into the "lore" of Fallout 1 and 2 (especially some of the characters and satire), so for me, it's still "Fallout 3".

You never played the first two.

I loved fallout 2 as much as the next guy, but it's not that bad. I personally love the elder scrolls style of gameplay.. I thought FO3 was a great addition to the series. I'm sure you don't hear that very often  I'll probably be getting all these new add-on packs later on, I have broken steel and the alaska one and I thought they were ok but they're too short. The items you get tho are pretty sweet :rockout:

I believe it is supposed to be the last DLC, then they'll re-release a GOTY edition that would contain all 5, which is what I prefer.

What pisses me off is that Bethesda refuses to release the DLC on Steam (where I got the game for US$15 on sale), so you have to use Bullshit for Windows LIVE to get them, AND further compounds that Microshit Points isn't available for purchase in my country, credit card OR prepaid cards. :P

Bethesda driving you to piracy? I don't blame you. :(

They do deserve my money since I truly enjoy their games. But I guess Microsoft is giving them a pretty good blowjob that they're stick with using Games for Windows LIVE/Xbox Live. :P

It's more of a Microsoft problem, really.

I've yet to buy a Microsoft Live game and I don't intend to buy it either. I've played some games with it and I was OMG-WTF-DRM! Never again.

At least on Fallout 3, it isn't hard to work around it, at least on PC.

fallout 3 is an awesome game but there are still people whining that it is not TRUE fallout and that is just BS:shadedshu Bethesta did an awesome job with fallout 3!!!(think if EA or ubisoft would of got there hands on it,it would of been a disgrace of fallout series)

I can't belive that I spent $12.50 for broken Steel. What a rip off. Much like Oblivion instead of fixing bugs they sell us crap like horse armor. Needless to say I found the rest of the DLC.

I do not agree in any possible way with what you just said.

The exact reason I dislike FO3.

If the special system worked the same way it did in FO1-2, and you could pick traits, and there was an option to play the game with turnbased combat, I might like it. There are tens of other things I dont like but I didnt list them.

That would explain me finding the ship and the ammo for one of their weapons. The one that explodes is the random one and only found the ammo at some statue of the 3 American army guys. And theeir is normally a trader on the building to.

But to buy it would be more craziness even my wifes getting annoyed with the DLC as their cost a lot more than the original game was for less hell load less..

i just want to say Fallout 3 is the best i really like the fps style i got three copys or something
1 xbox whit the DLC and a SE for Xbox whit the figure and 1 for PC Whit DLC i really enjoy these type of games
