This has happened to me 3 times when starting up Crysis. Along with the green sections there is a little bit of blue color flashing. My CPU is staying around 40C, GPU core never goes above 71C. Neither the CPU or GPU is overclocked. I'm running the game in devmode with a couple lines added to the config. for cheats, but those changes don't take place until I start a mission. It may be artifacts, but I don't think so, it goes away when I start a mission.
