yeah i hear ya but i need the extra amperage... 750hx is rated at 62amp and the 850hx is 70amp.... I made my mind up and got the single rail 850 corsair psu.. hell it was a bit cheaper than the 750the Corsair 750hx also has the same wires as the 850.

yeah but i had to choose fed-ex ground for the items i bought... if i just got the 4890 it cost $9.99 air and have it in 1-2 buisness days but adding the psu they offered free ground when spending $300 or more so i had to take thatsaving $ on top stuff = FTW
(wish I saw that before I got my 750, lol)
Hell better than Newegg.caYea...That is a pretty good deal.

Well thanks for that MKmod!all the good Corsair PSs are single rail. The 620 says multi rail but its actually a single rail too (Corsair was just too cheap to change the stickers)
I like single rails much more than multiple ones (simpler is better) and the 750HX is a beautiful made PS, im really happy with it.
(it required very little work to improve as well)
