Subscribed since these babies are going to be on the market soon

I'm definitely curious about power consumption. The first things I've read look pretty positive in that aspect.
I also wonder where the 5850 will be on the benchmark map... Before or after the GTX285?

looks good... interested to see how these cards OC. Based on that vantage score, and given that Vantage doesn't particularly love ATI even in GPU-score terms, that looks to be one monster card.

the first couple of times it feels like "wtf and i have to wait", and you think about leaking. but after doing this for a while it's just "let them have their 5 minutes of fame, we'll have a really good informative review".

got the official press driver a few minutes ago and clicked "start" on the benchmarks

I'm really more interested in the upcoming 5850 since I'm not that much of a gamer, but sneak peeks have shown a consistent low power consumption and very decent performance.

If it's anywhere near as bang-for-buck as the 4850 is, I'll definitely get one.

Looking forward to your review, I assume it will be W1zz quality
