Woops, I skimmed the OP sorry. I don't know any specific model numbers but JVC, Sony, and Sennheiser are all good brands.

Not sure how much longer the coupon works.

These are the head phones I currently they use. They DO require a burn in to sound good.

But after that, best bang for buck headphones around in my opinion.

As for sound magic, they are a Chinese company but they make pretty decent sounding stuff, although the plastics and such do look a bit D: in my opinion.

Some people love them some people hate them.

That shop is their website : ] Part of mp4nations Nationite brand.

Theres a fair amount of reviews floating about, one is on anythingbutipod.

To burn in headphones is to play music through them for several hours before you listen to them.

It gets out any stiffness in the drivers etc so the sound will sound how its meant too.

To burn-in headphone is to stress it to its porper nature. :p
Just play musics or anything with wide range to frequencies.

Kind of like brand new sneakers needs to be ware down abit to make them comfortable.

No problem man, here to help.
1. I've bought 4 things from the site, only one thing got lost and I was being sent something to do a review about, I.E I was being sent an item for free.
2. I'm pretty sure they deliver world wide, but I will quickly check that and edit my post to be sure.
3. Beta is just the model name. They also have a lower spec " Alpha", I imagine its so one day they can bring out very very good headphones and call them "omega" and things like that.
4. This is the only pain with this site, delivery sometimes can take as little as 4 days, but it once took 4 weeks for an item to get to me, how ever the company has expanded since I've bought my items and apparently the delivery times are much improved.
5. I'm not familiar with the headphones that come with the t60, but if they're just generic then you should hear a difference.
6. after you place an item in your basket, proceed to check out and just keep your eyes open, there's 2 places to put in coupon codes but I can't remember if they're on the first or second page you come across.

I'm on friendly terms with the guy who runs the site so I'll ask him about delivery to Israel, as I know a few countries have trouble with packages from Hong Kong.

See a lot of " where is my package" from German members of the forums for example.

brb with estimated delivery times for you etc!

Edit: Standard post is worldwide, EMS is only select countries you can't get EMS shipping.

Standard shipping takes 4-14 days.

Sign up for the forums if you have the time, you can find me there, pretty good community great for help support and advise.

Its like TPU for mp4s heh

Second edit : if the coupon is no longer applicable they do have sound magic phones in stock too

sorry if this thread is a week old but I was also on a earphone search a couple months ago I looked long and hard for a diamond in the rough, brands like JBL, JVC, Phillips, Panasonic, Skull Candy, etc and the one I chose was the Sony MDR-EX33LP series not only did I get them on sale but I learned the more expensive models in the EX series that use a 9mm driver all use the same 9mm EX Driver.

Driver: 9mm Neodymium (CCAW adopted)
Frequency: 6-23,000Hz
Sensitivity: 100dB
Cord: 1.2m non-stick
Cord Type: Y-Shape
Accessories: Cord Adjuster, Cord Slider, 3 Sets of Silicone Tips.
Other: 3.5mm Gold Plated Audio Connector

and a tip I picked up when searching for earphones, don't trust any user reviews when the product is used in an iPod they don't have enough amplification.

The Soundmagic PL-30's have no bass what so ever (I had a pair).

I would get a pair of Creative EP-630's as they use the same driver as the Sennheiser cx300's and cost a lot less (8GBP over here)
