How to get PM notifies through email?

Is there anyway to receive emails that notifies me of having new PM's? I know you can get emails from subscribed threads but what about regular Private Messages.

you should be able to set it up in your conntrol panel. you dont have a yahoo adress do you? wizzard blocked yahoo adresses and while i get pm notifications, i dont get thread notifications :(

Found it :) ...and no I have gmail, but I do get emails of thread notifications. That's kinda weird that you don't.

so am i - i would rather have my mailbox flooded so i could keep better track of who i am helping and what i am discussing and any of the threads i see/post in per day lol
