Windows 7 comes early!

I couldn't afford a technet subscription so I've been eagerly awaiting the official release date of Oct 22 for my pre-order of Win7 Home Premium to arrive (got it for the ridiculously cheap price of £45 early on!)

Got up today and there it was on the doormat! Last email I had said it wouldn't eve leave the warehouse till the 21st, and wasn't expecting it to arrive any time soon as the UK is currently experiencing industrial action in our postal service.

Happy days!

Cool! I ordered it from Amazon.co.uk for £64 (that's a good price to, the same thing in Sweden will be £170 -_-), maybe I'll get mine a bit earlier too!

Mine was attempted to be delivered yesterday but no one was in the house, but I got mine today and I ordered it from pcworld.co.uk.
Currently very happy

I was a little worried at first when I realised they were striking on the same day that W7 was coming out. But huzzah! here it is in my hands.

I notices newegg switched from taking Pre-Orders, to taking actual oders yesterday. I would assume they are already shipping product, and people with Pre-orders are going to be getting theirs today or tomorrow.
