i think he means the onboard soundcard - ie a motherboard . using xfi software and forcing it with a realtek sound card. This can be done but im not sure if it can be disscussed openly here.

Anyways i was only making a light hearted joke.

If you have the modded X-fi Realtek drivers installed then the X-fi MB software will install and work without issues except for only 30 days unless you have a registration code.

I totally passed over the wrong spelling of "test".. lol.. I'm to use to my ex-fiance spelling the easiest things wrong to pick up on that.. I thought you where refering to the MB..

The form of Dusscussing it here is fine. We've had plenty of talks via x-fi and modded drivers due to Vista.. I don't believe any of those got locked and infracted..

Just install it, and see what goes on.. Worst thing is you have to uninstall, drive sweep, and install new ones..
