A few lines from the manual......See 100%
The BIOSecure Programmer is a device that serves as an SPI writer allowing you to flash BIOS (to the system board) from another computer that has the updated or correct BIOS file. This technology provides 100% BIOS protection and 100% recovery of a crashed BIOS. Before flashing the BIOS, you need to:
1. Connect the BIOSecure Programmer.
2. Install the SPI-Link driver.
3. Install the SPI-Link application.
I`m not sure how many motherboards support SPI,I should hunt down all the manufacture`s boards and pics to make a list so far I know one of mine does
ASUS M3A32MVP-Deluxe Maybe if you could reply with what board you have and see if you have the SPI_j1 Or just SPI .The jack is usually around the BIOS chip itself.Hope this post helps some you guys out,I might look at one of my old USB PCI cards to see if it can made to a SPI cable like Richard sells I`m cheap and would like the challenge of making one.
