Benchmark Scores 25,000 3dmark06 at 4.35Ghz processor, 835core card!
Ok Here are my system specs to start of with.

q9550 4.0Ghz 24/7 17,400 in Cinabench r10(equal to i7 940 at stocks.)
2gb of ddr2 at 1130Mhz 5-5-5-15 2.25-2.23volts
2xGTX 260's in Sli
8400gs Modded for Physx/backup.
P45 motherboard (Ep45-Ud3p 548 FSB on a quad)
2x 250gb hardrives in raid 0
Corsair TX 750w psu, Plenty of high CFM fans, and spot coolers, H50 water cooler with all socket brackets.
Antec 902

My question is Im ganna be on a 1920x1080 panel pretty soon so im just wondering would it be worth it to sell my system, and try edging out on a i7 really, or wait long for 300 series cards.Also wait for ATi 5000 series cards to drop down to regular release price, and wait for stocks to grow.

Also how much would my system go for complete or estimated part out in price. 600+ dollars or what :)

You have a pretty nice system I dont see the point in upgrading it to i7 just yet as there will be negligable difference, though why the hell you have a rig like that with 2gb ram I really cant fathom, stick another 2gb in it and wait for fermi :toast:

Exactly 2gb of ram, is really really low for GTA 4. It ends up paging on my hardrive, and it takes 3-10minutes to get to the desktop. Hey if you got some free ram, even 512kb sticks, i would mind putting it in my system :D

+1 on Intel, 2 gig worth of ram is not going to cut it. The rest is fine.

Add 2gb more ram and u will have a system that will be good for awhile, then in a cpl months u can grab the ATI/NVIDIA offeringds when they are both selling together ( MMM price wars).
