You're giving very few details to go on. Have you updated your drivers and are you using the latest directX? And what happens when you try to play?

Your PCI radeon 9250 can do basic 3D in older games, but don't expect it to drive the latest and greatest titles.

The 9250 is the bottom-of-the-range. I hope you didnt pay more than $30 for it.

But you only need a 7500 to play NFS: Most Wanted. I know it won't play to great, but it still should run I think.

He didn't say what he meant with "does can't play". So Jeffrey, doesn't it run at all? Does it give errors? Or does it simply run slow? More system specs would be nice as well.

Yes, and a 9250 is about the same "power" as an ATI 7500. And that is minimum spec. But with such a set-up to "run" you would need to set games options to minimum graphics details and probably run the game 600x480. It will work... but you will be very disappointed in the performance.

I mean i can play it but it crushes after a few minutes, the screen becomes blue and my system automatically restarted. After it has restarted, a sign, "the system has recovered from a serious error" occur. I already get its patch version 1.3. im using catalyst 6.5, directx 9.0c. My memory is 512MB.

I think they have stopped support for the cards Pre-9600 now, so 6.5 may be the latest he can use.

Try a google search for Memtest86 and see if that finds any errors. Are you overclocking at all?

I do not know how to overclock my video card. can you tell me how?

Overclocking won't help with stability, if anything it will make your system less stable, but there are plenty of guides on how to use ATiTool so I won't spend time guiding you through it here. Did you run memtest to see if you have any errors? My next recommendation would be to re-install the game and if that doesn't work, uninstall the ATI Drivers, run DriverCleaner and then reinstall them. Post back if you need more help.

your better off upgrading to be completely honest.

make sure you uninstall previous video drivers and install the latest one in safe mode
