ive played crysis here back when i had a gtx 275 and although it wasnt very playable I witnessed what it looked like on max settings and it does look great.. but all I am trying to say is is that if a 5870 is showing 80% better performance than a 285 then its justifiable to say that the limits of the 5870 being reached is understandable and @ 83% better peformance is it better than playable?
I know what your saying, but you also have to realize the res they where playing at too.
At that res and that amount of AA it takes a kick ass card to power the most graphically demanding games out there at those settings. Crysis being on the top of the chain still.
