If you are OK with Water- the H50 isn't bad.

does the heatsink will work perfect with the motherboard

Yes. It will. Personally, for air... I use the ThermalTake V1. But its cause I get temps around 20C idle.

Yea. The mounting for AMD though is hard as heck... So if you are worried about hurting your stuff... the V1 isn't for you.

Here is what it looks like...

I used the normal S1283 (non-Dark Knight) on my board just like yours and didn't have any problems at all and i would highly recommend it. The V1 i also used it and it was a pain in the ass and didn't give all that good temps so i recommend you stay away from the V1.The h50 has had great reviews so that is another good choice

I've never cut myself more than I did when I installed this damn cooler on my wife's office PC. :shadedshu

It's only a decent cooler, and given it's a PITA to install, I advise against it.

Yea... it works best in cool environments where the ability of copper to absorb heat is given a chance to shine. Moral of the story-
-Alaska= Win
-Florida= Fail

btw- Is this what you were talking about Paulie?
Granted its not a very good picture but that "tab" should serve as a grim reminder to what you went through paulie. :)

lol, V1 isn't that bad... but then again... what version was yours? 2 Heatpipes or 4? Also, was it all copper or nickel plated? I have the Extreme Edition which is a vastly superior version compared to the others.
