I just got out my old Biostar Board, to picture it, because i wanted to build a cruncher out of it for ages:
at first everything looked promising.
i documented the used Ram:
and pictured my processor-dummy, a naked athlon x2 4400+, from which i broke of an edge, years ago:
then i shrugged, as i saw THIS:
it looks like a leaking cap!!!
this is one of the same caps, it looks quite different:
RMA time? or isnt RMA possible with this kind of damage?
i need your suggestions people, if everything fails i have to transplant my first cap,i believe
the board ran till the end, but it bluescreened once a day, with the phenom 955.
