What we have to remember is the fact that some people dont know about how good a PC can be for gaming. The general public only go by what they are told in stores like PC World. They walk in looking for a PC, the member of staff, that TBH, knows fuck all about gaming (most of the time) tells them that a factory built POS with onboard graphics will run games great.
They get home, all happy with there new ÂŁ1000 PC and try to play Crysis, BAD MOVE! The PC basically says 'fuck you' and runs it as smooth as treacle. The said person goes from
to
BUT, this same person, pops a game like God Of War 3 into his nice new PS3 Slim, connects it to his nice new 1080p LCD TV and thinks WOW, that looks the bollox! (and rightly so, its superb!)
So whos to blame? The uneducated public (lets face it, we all start somewhere when it comes to PC's lol) or the arsehole @ PC World that mislead the customer and put him off PC gaming for life?
