Could be a reference card with a non-reference cooler. I'll have to look up some reviews if anyone has covered that with this card.

It is a non reference PCB. This card, the Toxic version and the PowerColor PCS+ all are non-reference PCB's and do NOT allow for voltage control. I did a ton of research before I bought a card, because I originally wanted the non-reference cooler, but it seems that non-ref cooler is going hand in hand with non reference PCB's with 5850's thus far.

Ah well that's too bad. But again not a deal breaker. With the free shipping I saved almost $40 over a reference model. I would have waited longer to see what prices and offerings do once fermi is everywhere but really dying to try BFBC2 with the Catalyst drivers and some proper AA.

It is a great card. I just don't want to be limited with Voltage control when owners of reference cards are not.
