my point its theres a difference between being poorly coded and poorly optimized. fallout 3 is poorly coded while crysis is poorly optimized, learn the difference.:toast:
I with you,
Which looks better FarCry or Crysis? Both
Which plays better FarCry or Crysis? FarCry

FarCry was game to beat with its Beautiful backgrounds and real good game play and control. Not sure how they F**ed Crysis but it a complete disaster.

Crysis was not put together properly and my proof is one little word called

I liked the alien level and the final level in crysis :) but apart from that it was pretty generic gameplay wise. However, killing a soldier with a well aimed chicken never loses its charm. Plus it still looks amazingly good in the levels noted, and at that point i feel it earns its requirements for very high. It is still years ahead of any other game i've played at those points, the jungle levels not so much.

We should stop at 1080p or at least make 1920 x 1080p & less the standard when making pc game. Most LCD monitors and HDTV cant do more than 1080p anyway unless you got a good CRT cube monitor for the PC. Then they can make game much better.

To max out Crysis with great FPS, I would say HD 6800 or Nvidia Fermi 2 in Crossfire/SLI :D

Nah you wouldn't need the HD6800 series cards or fermi 2, just get chuck norris, he can max outt crysis for everyone LMAO:laugh::laugh:

Is it me or has Crysis already been thoroughly beaten? I assumed it was since I could play it at over 60FPS a year ago.

I enjoyed Crysis more than Farcry 2. Farcry 2 was riddled with glitches left and right if you try to get innovative at killing the enemy. Crysis was so linear it minimized the glitches as oppose to Farcry 2. I never played the first Farcry as I wasn't into FPS much during its release.

Most modern multi-GPU systems can max out Crysis as far as I know. Even GTX 295 can as I did at its launch.

OP reminds me of U2k

Nah, U2k would say that he's been playing Crysis maxxed out with some 8500GT since the game came out.

So yeah, I can't stand these threads either, but people obviously keep posting in it. I can't wait for Crysis 2 to come out so we can finally have some peace.

*Just got an idea. Prepare for title change and a move. T

Through executive order this thread is now for everyting Crysis. Since Cysis is an older game there only really needs to be one thread for it. Any future threads pertaining to Crysis will be merged with this thread. This is where Crysis goes to die. Crysis Graveyard wouldn't be a very discriptive title though.

*Also, for nt300 amd CHAOS_KILLA. I find that many of your posts are off topic across many different threads. I would suggest going over to www.generalnonsense.net if you guys want to fool around. You guys tend to drag threads off topic and we've recieved reports about it. So settle down and keep on topic, it would be appreciated by all members and staff here at TPU. Thanks.
