Hey guys, I know this topic has been abused but I really need a new mouse, ftm I am using an a4 tech x6 mouse, yeah its getting old and the buttons are a pain to press, especially the middle mouse, I have to use it extensively @ work. I have done a bit of homework and have a shortlist :
1. logitech mx518
2. razer deathadder
I'm leaning towards the mx518, since its cheap but I'd like to know how it holds up today, since its an old mouse (2005) So for those using it, is it still up to the standards of todays mice? I've also learnt that the new 1800 dpi one's have some issues (dunno if its true or not, just came across it)
Concerning the deathadder, it doesn't have big cons, but I really don't like the way razer mice age (since I'm gonna use it for some time, I don't change mice like socks)
If you have suggestions for alternatives in the $50 range, please feel free to state em. but price is an important factor.
